Exchanges or Replacements 

We will gladly replace defective or damaged goods. If you need a replacement please email us your name, order number, and a photo of the damaged item(s) to - Or go to the link at the bottom of our website and click “Contact Us”


If a replacement isn't wanted by the customer, we gladly offer refunds where applicable, i.e., damaged or broken goods.

Products that are in unused and undamaged condition can be approved for a return. The buyer is responsible for any shipping fees associated with the return. Once the return is received and reviewed then a refund will be initiated.

Processing times

Order processing time will vary but is typically between 2-5 business days + shipping estimates given at checkout. Note that if priority mail is chosen, our processing time won’t be affected by the accelerated shipment purchase.
