Refunds and Returns

I want you to love your purchase! If you ordered the wrong item or you simply changed your mind, you are welcome to return it. 

Returns are accepted for unused, unworn, and undamaged products within 30 days. However, please note that eligibility for a refund or replacement depends on the specific circumstances of your return. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs in this category.

Received a Damaged or Incorrect Item?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, I will do my best to resolve the issue by either replacing the item or offering a refund. I will cover the shipping cost for any issues on my part.

Custom Product Refunds

Custom products are nonrefundable as they are made specifically for you. Custom design fees cover my time and the work that goes into creating a unique piece that cannot be reimbursed once I have started working on your order. However, if something isn’t quite right, I’ll do my best to make adjustments and ensure you are happy with the final piece.

Replacements

I am happy to replace defective or damaged items. To make a request, please email me at sales@desertrockco.shop with:

  •  Your name
  •  Order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged item(s)
